good things

decided to play around with making an inspiration board. i'm itching to be more creative these days, and decorating the house has helped. i really want to paint the kitchen, or even experiment with book wallpaper, but i doubt i can do that in a house that isn't mine.

party on saturday = something to look forward to. i was at school for 13 hours today and will be again on thursday for open house. jj comes home tomorrow, finally. he hasn't even been gone that long but a house that's meant for two feels empty when one part of that equation is gone. i'm glad it's almost fall. fall is my favorite. the colors, the smells, the weather. acl, football, drinking on patios and not getting boob/back/leg sweat. all of these are good things.
